Where can I buy curtain rings and tie back hooks in Dubai?
I am putting up curtains.I have the curtain rods and the curtains but don't have any curtain rings or metal tye back holders. I have been to Ace, Carrefour, Home Centre, no one has them. Can you help?

Dragon Mall has a lot of variety, but a bit away from city side. Home R us, homecentre, lifestyle, or any curtain/carpet stores. Best is to try the above centres

Which Home Center did you go to because I specifically seen those at the HC in Mall of the Emirates & the HC at the Oasis Mall as well. But I think they come as a set with the rod, not sure if they sold them alone. You can also get them & the tie holders from Ikea at Festival city. You can also try some of the home decor shops in Satwa on the road linking Satwa rd. to Iranian Hospital intersection (Wasl Rd.) , this is the lane on which Al Maya supermarket is located , but these shops will be opposite side all the way near the other end (near Al Wasl intersection). Also in Deira Naif market they sell them next to the mosque on Naif road. Just try asking in any home decor store you pass they will direct you to the closest place they are found.
