I bought the ring clips after I changed window treatments in such a way that required tab couduroy valences to top lace sheers. Without the ring clips, the sheers were unattractively exposed behind the tabs. The ring clips dropped the height of the tops of the sheer panels so that they were hanging at the same height wear the tabs of the valences stopped. The black iron material was good quality and matched my existing rods. The ring clips provided the perfect inexpensive solution to my window treatment dilemma.
