Where can I find a shower curtain rod that holds both the shower curtain and the valance?
Question by d b: Where can I find a shower curtain rod that holds both the shower curtain and the valance?
I have a liner on one rod to go back and forth, but I can't find a rod to put the decorative curtain and valance on. The curtain has holes for hooks while the valance needs to slip over the rod.
