Question by swoop: Options for installing blackout curtains in a high rise building with 10 foot ceilings?
I live in a highrise building with 10 foot ceilings and it is always too bright. the windows are 94 inches wide and there is no place to install a central support for a window curtain pole. How do people in high rises install curtains. Do they do it themselves or hire a contractor? Also the wall has metal studs which makes it hard to drill holes.

buy a steamy cleaning thing..i forget what they're called but they don't do damage at all, although i strongly doubt that a good dry cleaning place will do any damage
