Question by average jane: Do thermal lined curtains really work?
They claim to block drafts (I buy it) and "reduce" outside noises (I don't buy it). I know they can't eliminate outside noises, but do they actually help to "muffle" wind even a little?

Yes they do block drafts, and no they will have no effect on reducing sound noise. As a long shot, they might just possibly muffle wind noise a little.
