  1. This is a pretty unusual combination. If you find the orange curtains, the type of material may not match the yellow valance.

I wish you gave us more info as to your age, your budget, the size of the room, the size of the windows, what else is in the room…..

Since it is a bedroom, I’d put in roller blinds to darken the room without blocking the light or see the levers of blinds.

If you cannot find the bright orange curtains, I’d go material shopping and buy what you want. Find yellow valance material that comes close to matching the orange curtains.
You may be able to just fabric glue the hem. Watch the weight of the material; you may need an inner liner, about $6 yard extra – ugh.

Get extra if you plan on pillows, lampshade, etc.

Put bright yellow sheers behind the orange curtain and pull it back with the orange curtains so it is seen along the edge.

    - If the window is larger enough, you can gather the yellow curtain in the middle.
-You may have to dye the sheers to a yellow.

Have orange curtains and buy those decorative wooden designs (may need 2) and spray paint yellow and hang over the window……
see the bottom right …inbetween the panels on the wall.

You could use fabric glue and glue the yellow sheer to the back of the orange curtain, or have 3 rods. Behind both the orange and yellow, have a white sheer covering the window.

I can also imagine a sheer swag of one long piece of material from the floor up to the decorative holder, across the top of the window, to the swag holder and draped to the floor. On top of it, lay your yellow swag. Buy toile.
I like a sheer window treatment……. I love this one..on the bottom left “Day Curtains” so light and airy.

I like this duck shower curtain if you need something matching.
