Is there any good reason to buy Blackout Curtains if you don’t have a home theate?
I hear Blackout Curtains have some good benefits, even for those without home theaters or stuff like that, but are they worth the money you spend on buying them?

I have black out blinds in my apartment and they are really good for several reasons. They are thicker and so keep the heat in better in the winter and are not sheer at all so you get no outside light ppollution thorugh your window and of course, no one can see your silhouette from the outside behind the blind. They also look a bolder colour too as you do not have the light shining through them so much. I think they’re great!

Mischa is right, they are great.
Blackout curtains have more benefits than just blocking light. They include reducing outside noise and reducing the amount of heat you lose, which lowers your energy bill.

Hi, They are great for bedrooms and media rooms when you want to block out the light to create a dark atmosphere. Perfect for those that work shifts and have to sleep during the day.
