Too big for the washing machine and i have a steamer so wondered if i could use that

Spray them with Febreez. It will neutralize the smoke odor.

I would do what both people said, febreze them and if that doesn’t work, get them dry cleaned.

Take them to the dry cleaners and tell them about the smoke.

Good suggestions here, but how about……………
Putting a deodorizer into the steamer??
What about Dryell? Dryell is the way to refresh items in the dryer. Maybe if taken to a laundromat with large dryers, this would work.
If that does not clear out the smoke smell, then you will have to bring them to the dry cleaner. Be prepared for a large dry cleaning bill. For some reason, fabric panels cost a lot to dry clean.
